New books coming soon

We are presently working on the the follow-up book in The Messianic Life Discipleship Series, “Bearing the Fruit of the Spirit.” This new book, along with its complementary Leader’s Guide, is tentatively rescheduled for release in Spring 2009.

We are also in the planning stages of our new Preparing The Way “inPrint” Series, which will feature written versions of some of our teachings that are presently only available in recorded audio format.  The first topic in this series will be The Gentile Believer in a Jewish Movement–a critical and timely topic.

Also on the drawing board is our fourth devotional book, the Messianic Shabbat Devotional, though there is no publication date at this time.

On August 31, 2008, we released our third devotional book, the Messianic Torah Devotional.

Messianic Life Groups

Our goals at Perfect Word Ministries go far beyond the creation of balanced, Scripturally-sound, exhortative Messianic Jewish resources.  With the advent of our new discipleship series, The Messianic Life, we are also working toward the development of a network and support system for Messianic Life Groups.

At present, we are working with fellow leader Tim Hyslip and our home congregation of Baruch HaShem here in Phoenix to establish a successful home group-based community model.  This kind of hands-on experience is what we need to bring small group life out of the theoretical domain and into the practical realm.  We are very pleased that what we have seen so far has been life-transforming on a measurable level for all of the group members.

If you are looking to establish small group life in your congregation, or if you are involved in (or thinking about being involved in) an independent home group that is need of spiritual accountability and connection with the larger Messianic Jewish community, we want to help you.

Messianic Home Schooling

We are presently in development of a ministry that is very near to our hearts both as disciplers and as parents.  The Messianic Jewish Home School Association (MJHSA) will be a collaborative resource for parents who want to ensure that their children are raised with the benefits of home schooling, but also with an emphasis on passing on a Messianic Jewish identity to the next generation.  The purpose of the MJHSA will be to use the Internet to pool the resources of Messianic Jewish homeschooling families across the globe and to help local communities establish MJHSA chapters and coops.
